About our delivery options

We offer our products through Tokopedia and Shopee. Here, you will be able to use various courier options that are provided by each platform. Ranging from Instant courier by Gojek or Grab to regular courier by JNE or Anteraja. Please check out our web shops on Tokopedia and Shopee to find out more.

For custom orders we will offer the same courier options. Incase of large items and or large quantities we can provide direct delivery by our factory.
How do I return my order?

We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with the product you have ordered, please contact us so we can assess the matter and either make arrangements to repair or place your product.
Where is my order?

Through Tokopedia or Shopee you will be able to track you order once it is on the process of delivery. Should that for some reason not be possible please contact us so we help you with this.
Payment by Invoice

All payments for our standard products will be through Tokopedia and Shopee. An invoice will be provided once the payment is completed through your chosen platform. If you have placed a custom order with us, then you will receive an invoice from us directly.

  • In the event of any issues with your order which we strive to ensure will not occur you can always reach us through order@furnitu.id We aim to answer all incoming messages within maximum 24 hours.

  • Payment of our standard items will go through your chosen webshop (Tokopedia or Shopee) - both offer various secure payment options.
    If you have ordered custom item(s), this will not be possible to process through the Tokopedia or Shopee and we will discuss the details regarding settling the payment directly.
    For gift vouchers please contact us through our WhatsApp account, details provided at the bottom of our webpage.

  • At this moment all our products are produced on a made to order basis. Your order will be ready for delivery within 12 days. We do not keep stock.
